Pastor Lloyd Quanbeck
Senior Pastor
Pastor Lloyd is a native of McVille, ND, and grew up as a farm kid, and the second of six children. He is thankful for the Godly heritage passed on to him from parents, grandparents and great-grandparents, who were active in their local Free Lutheran congregation, and also had a living personal faith in Jesus Christ.
He is a graduate of the Association Free Lutheran Bible School (1981), Moorhead State University (1985), and Free Lutheran Theological Seminary (1990). He has served as Pastor of Free Lutheran congregations in Northome & Mizpah, MN (1990-1996), Minot, ND (1996-2009), Ulen, MN (2009-2015) and at Maranatha Free Lutheran in Glyndon, MN (2009-Present).

He and his wife, Jean, are the parents of seven children, and grandparents to seven grandkids. His hobbies include gardening, repurposing an old granary, and trying to keep all of the family cars running.
Pastor Ryan Tonneson
Associate Pastor of Youth, Young Adults, and Families
Ryan Tonneson has served as Associate Pastor at Maranatha since August 2018. Prior to coming onboard with Maranatha, Pr Ryan served an AFLC Home Missions church plant in Mesa, Arizona. He is a 2005 graduate of the Free Lutheran Bible College (formerly called AFLBS). He also received a BA in Biblical Studies from University of Northwestern – St. Paul in 2011 and an M Div from the Free Lutheran Seminary in 2015. In 2013, Ryan married Liz, the love of his life, and they have since been blessed with four amazing children.
Pr Ryan loves backpacking and camping in God’s beautiful creation. He devours Mexican food. He soaks up baseball. And he drinks way too much coffee.
