At Maranatha, we don’t believe that the youth are the future of the Church; we believe that they are a vital part of the Church today! We seek to train and equip youth to thoughtfully and actively engage with the culture and to reach out in service to the Church and community, having been thoroughly grounded in God’s Word. 

 

SaltTeens invites anyone in 7th through 12th grade to come! We meet at 7:00p on Wednesday night in the youth room for games and a time of growing together in God’s Word. During the summers, we meet for extended hours, rotating between meeting at Maranatha and host homes. We share a meal, fellowship, games, and Bible Study together. 

 

You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
